These monthly clinics are designed to supplement and enhance skills being tatugh in our classes and are a great opportunity for extra practice for anyone!

Open Gym/TGIF
Ages 2 and up!
Open Gym is an extra practice time that gymnasts and cheerleaders can practice skills they want to work on in a semi-structured environment, and now any age can come and join us on a Saturday night for a TGIF(except on Saturday!) We have games, activities, coloring, gymnastics, and much more! Members and Non Members are welcome!

Annual May Demonstration

Our Eleventh Annual Demonstration!
The May Demonstration is meant to be a fun experience for all children enrolled at Heartland Gymnastics to do as many skills as they can, the best as they can. To achieve this you will see your child practicing many of these skills and routines during class. By mid- April they will know the skills by name and may have even memorized the order in which to perform them! This is meant to be an enjoyable and rewarding event for the children…. and the parents too! We hope to see all the children enrolled at Heartland Gymnastics come and perform for their parents, grandparents, friends, and teachers. Each child that participates in the May Demonstration will receive a medal that day!

Event Info
- Members and Non-members are welcome to all Events. Non-Members must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian before they can participate.

- A Minimum of 5 participants is needed in order to run an event.
